Booking eight weeks of Monday morning wheel-throwing classes with Tim Goodman offers participants a comprehensive and enriching journey into the world of pottery.

This extended eight-week course allows individuals to delve deep into the nuances of the craft, fostering skill development and artistic expression. Each class provides access to an unlimited amount of pugged black or white stoneware clay, eliminating the need for tedious wedging.

Within a studio equipped with everything your creative heart desires, from tools to materials, students are encouraged to hone their skills by making and refining as many items as they like during each session. They can then choose their favorite four pieces for bisque firing, with all practice pieces recycled and prepared for future throwing sessions.

Once fired, pieces are ready for decorating and glazing, with the studio boasting an extensive range of slips, underglazes, and glazes, along with all necessary tools and equipment.

All glazed works are fired and ready for collection a couple of weeks later.
